Northern Territory Manufacturing Leadership Forum
As part of October Business Month (OBM) AMGC will be hosting a dedicated face-to-face Manufacturing Leadership event to bring together like-minded leaders in manufacturing.
About this Event
As part of October Business Month (OBM) AMGC will be hosting a dedicated face-to-face Manufacturing Leadership event to bring together like-minded leaders in manufacturing. It aims to provide leaders with an opportunity to step back and rise above the day-to-day to discuss industry issues with other successful leaders and start to focus on what’s most critical in your business and across the manufacturing landscape.
For added value for our Northern Territory (NT) manufacturing ecosystem, AMGC has invited guest speaker Alan Lipman, Chief Executive Officer at Romar Engineering (NSW) to share the challenges and successes from the journey of Romar Engineering, which has developed from a traditional manufacturer into one of the most innovative and progressive manufacturing enterprises in today’s market and is widely recognised as the home of manufacturing innovation.
Alan is one of the most respected CEOs in Australian manufacturing. Under his stewardship since 2016, Romar has grown exponentially, with his strategic decisions to embrace technology and actively recruit the most qualified and innovative people. Alan is a big-picture thinker with a careful eye for detail. He cemented the direction for Romar back in 2016 when he took on the CEO role. His strategic decisions to embrace technology and foster a workplace of creative thinkers and elite problem solvers, have enabled him to navigate a way forward, where Romar excels in the modern manufacturing landscape.
