CocoNutZ Australia

CocoNutZ is a patented agricultural bio-manufacturing platform originally developed in Singapore in 2013, using bio-conversion of agricultural raw materials to create high-value flavour compounds in the food, beverage and ingredient markets for global export.

CocoNutZ is a subsidiary of NamZ, an advanced food technology company aiming to make comfort foods sustainably through the application of novel processing technologies and crops that can be grown on disused land.

After successful lab trials in Singapore, and pilot trials in Mackay (QLD) and Brazil, CocoNutZ Australia was incorporated in 2018, and is establishing a demonstration facility in co-operation with Far Northern Milling in Mossman (QLD).
