Blown away by the investment in advanced CNC machining equipment at Rockhampton’s Penti-M Engineering. A terrific family-owned business established in 1989, their recent work includes for Surf Lakes Yeppoon’s experimental wave-making technology and machining components for the Stanwell Power Station (Qld’s second-biggest.) These folks are an important part of the industrial landscape in Central Queensland and Bowen Basin and have a big focus on skilling their next generation. They export, too.
