USM's Personal Safety Monitoring System can assist with future-proofing your business, providing technology to meet foreseen changes in Work Health & Safety regulations. The system also allows for early detection of specific symptoms of illness to assist in lowering the spread throughout a workforce (for example, early detection of the COVID-19 virus), by utilising Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices. This Early Warning System was recently awarded one of the National Energy Resources Australia Innovation Challenge COVID-19 funding grants to enter into trials with appropriate emergency response organisations.

The Personal Safety Monitoring System (PSMS) continuously manages multiple risks simultaneously by using a system of safety devices linked to a data interface.
