Wayahead Systems

Wayahead develop systems for manufacturing sites in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, infant nutrition, etc. Our program called 3WS, guarantees that the correct materials are used, on the correct weighing or blending equipment to the correct amount. We check the actual weight on each weighing device, against approved tolerance targets. We manage test results and all operator actions, during packaging operations. We automatically generate an audit trail to regulatory level of all processing activities.

Most of our sites operate within FDA or TGA regulatory level. 3WS is used in 13 countries, with all customer sites fully validated to regulatory level. We are also working on a temperature management program for site personnel at present, using thermal imaging devices.
